These terms govern the text messaging service operated from +1 (417) 409-2270 by Garrett Griffin-Morales, a sole proprietor.
We send personal notification text messages: reminders, appointment and schedule changes, operational alerts, and status updates. Messages identify the sender as "Garrett's Assistant". This is not a marketing or promotional service.
The service is limited to the operator, his immediate family, and a small number of personal contacts who have each asked to receive messages and provided their mobile number directly. We do not enroll anyone from a purchased list, a third-party source, or a public sign-up.
Frequency varies with the events being reported, typically a few messages per day or fewer.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge a fee for this service.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages. You may opt back in by asking the operator directly.
