This policy covers the text messages sent from +1 (417) 409-2270, operated by Garrett Griffin-Morales as a sole proprietor ("we", "us").
We send messages only to a small, fixed group of people: the operator, his immediate family, and a handful of personal contacts. Every recipient gave us their mobile number directly and asked to receive these messages. We do not message the general public, customers, or prospects.
Consent is given directly and in person or by direct conversation with the operator. There is no web form, no purchased list, no third-party lead source, and no automatic enrollment. Nobody is added to this service without asking to be added.
Personal notifications: reminders, appointment and schedule changes, operational alerts, and status updates. Messages identify the sender as "Garrett's Assistant". We do not send marketing, advertising, promotional offers, or sales content of any kind.
Message frequency varies and depends on the events being reported. It is typically a few messages per day or fewer.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email address below.
We store your mobile phone number and the messages we send you. We keep that information only as long as you remain opted in, plus whatever period our messaging provider retains delivery logs.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or message content with any third party for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging carrier and platform provider (Twilio) strictly for the purpose of delivering these messages, and with no one else.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
